Here we have a Lachenal 20 key anglo concertina in the keys of C/G. Dark wood ends, bone buttons, 5 fold bellows and steel reeds.

This example is badged H J Journet. Journet was a dealer in musical instruments in the second half of the 19th century just off Tottenham Court Road.
